Bruins Instruments was founded in Munich in 1979 and has since specialized in the production of NIR spectrophotometric analyzers. Analyzers are designed to measure moisture and nutrients in food, feed, input materials and final products in the food industry. Analyzer measures following parameters:

The analyzer already includes calibrations for basic foodstuff and raw materials such as cereals, cheese, meat, meat products, flour, feeds … For specific foodstuff and raw materials, custom calibrations are made by the manufacturer.
